Two 2-hour experiential workshops plus additional practice sessions. All held on Fridays. Join live for direct guidance, real-time feedback, and co-regulated somatic space with expert faculty.

What happens in the live sessions?
Experiential workshops. You practice somatic techniques in real time, participate in guided exercises, and engage with other practitioners.
All sessions are recorded. You have lifetime access to everything from your membership period.
No. The Collective welcomes everyone. If you’re new to somatic work, you’ll learn by practicing alongside others. The experience itself is the teacher.
Certificate programs are structured 12-week trainings with curriculum and certification. The Collective is ongoing experiential practice without formal curriculum. Many practitioners do both.
Monthly members can cancel anytime. Annual members commit for the year.
Four classes per month, approximately 6-8 hours total. Attend what you can.
