A neuroscience-backed, somatic training designed to help you navigate trauma responses with confidence, integrity, and impact.
The Trauma and Somatics Practitioner Training is an immersive journey for coaches, therapists, and wellness practitioners. Rooted in Somara’s vision of the body as oracle, it equips you with somatic tools to navigate trauma responses ethically. Through experiential learning, mentorship, and nervous system attunement, you’ll cultivate the presence to guide clients—and yourself—home to resilience and integration.
Backed by extensive research, these methods equip practitioners to help clients regulate their nervous systems, process trauma responses, and restore resilience. This training ensures you can deliver impactful, lasting results, reducing client dropout and enhancing outcomes.
This training uniquely blends small-group mentorship, experiential somatic learning, and a trauma-informed toolkit, equipping you to address trauma responses with confidence and integrity. Unlike broad, detached programs, Somara offers intimate guidance from seasoned facilitators and a resonant community, ensuring you gain practical, ethical skills rooted in the body’s wisdom.
Here’s the thing: trauma can be the invisible force holding your clients back. Research shows that unresolved trauma can cause emotional triggers, self-sabotage, and chronic stress. It disrupts their ability to grow and leaves you wondering how to help.
