You understand trauma. Working with it in the body is a different skill.

The distance between understanding trauma and knowing how to work with it somatically is where most practitioners get stuck. This training closes that gap.

You can explain polyvagal theory. You know the difference between sympathetic activation and dorsal shutdown. You’ve read the books. And still, when a client’s system braces in front of you, when the eyes go distant or the breathing changes, you find yourself wondering whether what you’re doing is enough.

That gap between understanding and skill is where most practitioners live. You have plenty of knowledge. What you don’t have yet is the ability to track a nervous system in real time and the confidence to act on what you’re seeing.

If that’s where you are, this is what the Immersion was built for. Six months to build the skill set that sits between what you know and what you can actually do with clients.

“Before Trauma & Somatics, I felt stuck using only cognitive techniques with my trauma clients. Now I can track their nervous systems in real time and help them build capacity they didn’t know was possible.”

Why Both Programs
Regulation first. Then relationship.

Trauma and attachment are two sides of the same work. Learning to apply them together changes your practice.

You’ve encountered trauma and attachment as separate disciplines. You studied nervous system regulation in one training and relational dynamics in another, and now you’re trying to weave the two together while working with clients. The Immersion was designed to close that gap. You begin with the body’s response to overwhelm, how it organizes around threat, how it settles, how capacity builds through modulated practice. Then you move into the relational field, how early attachment patterns shape a nervous system over time, how proximity and distance organize the body, how repair happens through lived somatic experience.

This is the order the work asks for. Regulation before relationship. The Immersion gives you six months to move through that progression in a cohort of practitioners doing the same.

Phase One · May through July 2026
Trauma & Somatics Practitioner Certificate

35 hours · 10 live classes · 6 self-paced modules · 7 somatic practices

Phase Two · August through October 2026
Attachment & Somatics Practitioner Certificate

40 hours · 10 live classes · 6 self-paced modules · 19 somatic practices

The somatic attachment cycle. Relational patterns in the body. Developmental injury and repair. Where the work goes deeper.

$3,000 individually ($3,300 on a payment plan)

Track relational patterns in the body, support somatic repair, and expand nervous system capacity for connection. This advanced training moves into the somatic attachment cycle, yield, push, reach, grasp, pull, take in, and teaches you to identify where clients organize around early relational injury. Co-taught by Kate Appleton and Will Rezin.

After Six Months
What changes in your practice

Specific skills you build over 75 hours of live training and daily practice.

Nervous System Tracking

The ability to read activation, shutdown, and ventral engagement in your clients’ bodies in real time. A perceptual skill you build through practice, through hours of seeing it and learning to trust what you’re sensing.

Somatic Techniques

A practitioner’s toolkit for helping clients work with overwhelm and build capacity. Grounding, orienting, titration, pendulation, and boundary work. Techniques you can use in your next session.

Attachment Literacy

Skills to track relational patterns in the body, identify where early experience shapes a client’s capacity for connection, and support repair through somatic practice.

Safer Containers

The knowledge and embodied skill to create safer therapeutic and coaching environments for your clients. Your own nervous system becomes part of the container you offer.

Two Certificates

Trauma & Somatics Practitioner Certificate and Attachment & Somatics Practitioner Certificate. 75 hours of documented professional training in trauma-informed somatic practice.

A Community

Practitioners from around the world who share a commitment to this level of professional development. A network built through months of learning and practicing together.

“Coming from my SE training, the simplicity was appreciated. Bite-size golden nuggets that I could implement now with my clients. This is an invaluable approach for whatever container you hold. It is a blueprint for the human experience.”

Before You Enroll
Common Questions

If you don’t see your question here, email us. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

When does each training begin?

Trauma & Somatics begins May 1, 2026, with the first live class on May 5.

Attachment & Somatics begins August 7, 2026, with the first live class on August 10.

Your Foundations mini-course and digital toolkit are available immediately upon enrollment.

The Immersion is structured sequentially. Trauma & Somatics first, then Attachment & Somatics. This progression is intentional. The foundational somatic skills you build in T+S become the ground for the relational and attachment work in A+S.

All classes are recorded and available within 24 hours. You must watch the recording and complete any associated homework to receive your certificates.

Trauma & Somatics has no prerequisites. Attachment & Somatics typically requires prior somatic training, but because the Immersion includes T+S first, you meet the prerequisites naturally through the progression.

Please review our full cancellation and refund policy here. The Immersion is a bundled enrollment and is subject to the same terms as individual program enrollment.

We have no plans to offer the Immersion at this price again. This was structured as a one-time opportunity for practitioners ready to commit to both programs together.

Plan for 4 to 6 hours per week during each cohort. Three hours for the live class or recording, plus time for module study, daily somatic practices, and homework.

May through October 2026
Six months from now, you’ll be a different practitioner.

You’ll track nervous systems with confidence. You’ll read attachment patterns as they’re happening. Your own nervous system will hold you differently, and your clients will feel it.

This is the only time we’re offering both programs together at this price.
