You’re quite good at what you do. You’ve spent a lot of money and time honing your craft. The people you work with get better. And they’ll tell anyone who asks.

But you hesitate before quoting your rates sometimes. You over-explain your work because you’re not sure how to position it. Some months you’re full. The next you’re scrambling. And you avoid the sales conversation entirely sometimes, because nothing you’ve been taught about selling feels like it belongs in your work.

Meanwhile, practitioners with half your training and twice your confidence are filling their practices. It’s disheartening, and really frustrating if we’re being honest.

You were trained to serve. You were not trained to sell. You were trained in ethics. You were not trained in positioning. You were trained to help people change. You were not trained to monetize your own expertise.

That gap between your skill and your revenue isn’t a reflection of your ability. It’s a reflection of what no one taught you.

And without structure, one of two things happens. You burn out trying to sustain a practice that isn’t built to hold you. Or you start marketing in ways that feel misaligned, and the work starts to suffer.

Business is a professional discipline. It’s learnable. And it doesn’t have to compromise the integrity of your work for you to learn it.

Why This Program Is Different
Built for practitioners, not influencers

Most online business education is designed for content creators and product sellers. Your work is depth-based, relational, and built on trust. Your business strategy needs to reflect that.

Structure, Not Guesswork

This isn’t a motivation program. It’s business architecture. We’ve included offer design, pricing clarity, messaging that communicates what you actually do, and sales systems that convert without compromising your ethics.

Built by Practitioners

Created by a marketing strategist who has built multiple seven-figure businesses and a somatic practitioner who has trained 500+ practitioners across 28 countries. We understand this gap because we’ve lived on both sides of it.

Depth Without Overwhelm

Twelve modules, each 15 to 20 minutes of focused instruction. No filler. No tech overwhelm. Every piece is designed to be implemented between live calls, not consumed and forgotten.

Ethics Built In

Ethical pricing. Trauma-informed enrollment. Relational selling. Boundaries that protect both you and your clients. We’re not teaching you how to blow up. We’re teaching you how to build something that holds.

Is This For You
Who this is built for

You’re a therapist, somatic practitioner, coach, or bodyworker who is serious about your craft and well-trained in your modality, but who never received any real education on how to build a business around the work you do.

You know how to help people. You just don’t have the infrastructure, the pricing, the messaging, or the sales process to make your practice financially sustainable.

You’re not starting from zero. You’re starting from deep professional skill, without the business structure to match it.

You’re already scaling and need high-level strategy. This is not a program that teaches you how to make a million dollars (although you might end up discovering your pathway there if you follow the steps provided).

You’re looking for viral content hacks or passive income shortcuts. That’s not what we teach here.

You’re unable or unwilling to implement between calls. This program gives you the structure. It doesn’t do the work for you.

“I shouldn’t be this good at what I do and still confused about how to make money from it.”

If that thought has crossed your mind, this program was built for you.

Inside the Curriculum

Four phases. Guided modules. Twelve weeks.

Each module is 15 to 20 minutes of focused instruction with no filler. You also get handouts, worksheets, scripts, and templates designed specifically for practitioners.

01
Foundation
Pre-Work + Modules 1-3

Identity. Clarity. Direction.

This phase answers the questions most practitioners skip: what am I actually building, who is it for, and what am I selling?

The difference between being a practitioner and running a practice. Why under-earning isn’t humility, it’s structural. And what changes when you stop treating business like a side effect of doing good work.

How to define your ideal client beyond demographics. Skill-based positioning that reflects the work you already do. Differentiation in a saturated market without manufacturing a niche you don’t believe in.

The difference between a service and a transformation. How to clarify your method, package your process without diluting its depth, and communicate outcomes without making promises you can’t stand behind.

Included resources: Positioning worksheet. Ideal client framework. Market research guide for practitioners.

Offers. Pricing. Infrastructure.

This is the structural foundation underneath your practice: how you package your work, what you charge, and the systems that hold it all together.

One-on-one, group, hybrid, and intensive models. Entry-level offers and productized knowledge. How to decide what fits your capacity, your strengths, and the kind of work you actually want to be doing.

Ethical pricing that reflects the value of your training. Capacity math and revenue projections. Payment structures that work for your clients and for you. The psychology of undercharging, and what to do about it.

Payment processing, contracts, scheduling, intake, onboarding, and client tracking. Basic automation that saves time without creating complexity. When to hire support and when to do it yourself. No tech overwhelm, just what you actually need to run a professional practice.

Included resources: Pricing calculator. Capacity planning worksheet. Contract template. Onboarding checklist. Tech setup guide.

Content. Messaging. Growth.

This is where most practitioners feel lost. You know your work is good. You just don’t know how to talk about it in a way that reaches people. This phase gives you a strategy for that.

The difference between educational, authority, and conversion content. What to post when you don’t know what to post. How to build content pillars that support your offers instead of performing for an algorithm.

How to speak to pain without pathologizing it. Attraction marketing built for practitioners, not influencers. Ethical persuasion. How to build authority without arrogance.

Why email matters more than social media algorithms. Lead magnets that fit practitioner work. Nurture sequences and weekly value emails. The difference between launch and evergreen strategy, and when each one makes sense.

Included resources: Content calendar template. Messaging framework. Email sequence templates. Lead magnet guide.

Conversion. Boundaries. Longevity.

This is where you learn to talk about money, enrollment, and the hard conversations most practitioners avoid. No manipulation, no pressure tactics. Just clear, relational selling that matches the integrity of your work.

Sales psychology built for people who do relational work. Trauma-informed enrollment. Why pushing creates resistance, and what to do instead. The ethics of asking someone to invest in themselves.

How to structure a discovery call. Scripts you can actually use. DM conversations that don’t feel forced. Objection handling, including what to do with “I need to think about it.” Follow-up systems that feel professional, not desperate.

Renewals, non-adherent clients, scope creep, and payment disputes. When to let a client go. Energy management and capacity scaling, not just for the next launch, but for the long term.

Included resources: Sales call script. Objection response guide. Follow-up templates. Boundary-setting scripts.

The conversations no one teaches you how to have. Payment disputes. Client pauses. Contract cancellations. Refund conversations. Difficult conversation scripts you can use word for word, built from real situations, not theory.

What You Walk Away With
Competence and Structure.

By the end of twelve weeks, you will have clarity on what your business does and who it serves. A structured, positioned offer that people can actually buy. A pricing model that reflects the value of your training. A content strategy you can repeat without living on social media. A sales process you understand and can use without collapsing. And a foundational business model you can grow from.

What Practitioners Are Saying
From people doing the work

“Trauma and Somatics isn’t about techniques or performance. It’s about learning to listen, pace, and relate, first to yourself, then to others. This training is an investment in presence, not productivity, and for many clinicians, it’s the first space where their limits are respected, making it both ethical and sustainable.”

Liana Grigorescu

Psychiatrist Trauma-Informed Care

“I tried two other business courses before this one. They were built for influencers. This was built for someone like me, a therapist who needed to learn the business side without abandoning everything I believe about how to treat people.”

Past Student

Coach

“Lacy’s strategy is precise and practical. Will’s understanding of what it means to sell depth-based work with integrity changed how I think about my entire practice. Together they cover ground that nobody else in this space is covering.”

Common Questions
Everything you need to know
When does the program start, and what's the schedule?

The Spring 2026 cohort begins April 20.

There are six live calls, 12:00 to 1:30 PM Central: April 20, April 30, May 14, May 28, June 11, and June 25.

Between calls, you work through the self-paced modules at your own speed.

All calls are recorded and available in your course portal within 24 hours. You can watch on your own time and bring questions to the next live session or the community space.

Roughly 2 to 3 hours per week. About 30 to 45 minutes of module content, plus time to implement what you’re learning. The modules are designed to be focused and actionable, not overwhelming.

No. We teach a content strategy built for practitioner-based businesses. If you’re not on social media yet, you’ll learn how to approach it with a plan. If you’re already posting, you’ll learn how to make it work harder for your business.

The course content, community space, and call replays all live in Circle, a private online platform. You’ll receive access and setup instructions in your confirmation email after purchase.

No. This program is built for any practitioner doing depth-based, relational work: therapists, coaches, somatic practitioners, bodyworkers, and others. The business principles apply across modalities.

Yes. You can review the full policy at traumaandsomatics.com/refund-policy. If you have questions about whether this is the right fit before enrolling, email [email protected].

This program is designed for practitioners who are building toward consistent, sustainable revenue, not for those who are already there and looking to scale. If you’re unsure whether it fits where you are, reach out and we’ll help you figure that out.

Still have questions? Email us and we’ll help you determine if this training is right for you.

This is the structure your business needs to support the education you’ve worked hard for

Your professional skill and your financial skill belong together. One without the other leaves you either broke or burned out, and neither of those serves the people you’re trained to help.

If you’re ready to treat your business like the professional discipline it is, we’ll teach you how.
