Who is this training for?
Therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, breathwork facilitators, health coaches, and helping professionals who want to work with trauma and attachment at the embodied level. No prior somatic training required for Trauma & Somatics.
Trauma & Somatics focuses on nervous system regulation and trauma processing. These are foundational skills. Attachment & Somatics specializes in relational patterns and developmental trauma. Most practitioners who want to work with attachment complete both.
All classes are recorded. While live attendance is recommended, you can watch recordings and complete the program.
These are certificate programs, not full modality certifications. You receive a Certificate of Completion documenting 35-40 hours of professional training.

Yes. We offer 3-part and 4-part payment plans. Financial aid (25% and 50%) is also available for each cohort.
