Built for experienced practitioners

This training is designed for therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and helping professionals who already have foundational somatic skills and want to specialize in attachment and relational work.

Most practitioners come to this work with both professional goals and personal wounds. This training meets both. It expands your clinical range while honoring your lived experience. This training is perfect for:

Core skills you’ll develop

What changes in your practice after 12 weeks.

Track the Somatic Attachment Cycle

Learn to identify where clients get stuck in the fundamental movements of connection: yielding, pushing, reaching, grasping, pulling, and taking in. Each stage has a somatic signature. You will learn to read it.

Identify Attachment Styles in the Body

Move beyond questionnaires and self-report. Learn to observe attachment patterns through posture, gesture, breath, and relational movement. See what clients cannot tell you.

Work with Rupture and Repair

Understand the somatic mechanics of relational injury and healing. Guide clients through the embodied process of repairing broken bonds with parents, partners, and themselves.

Build Relational Capacity

Help clients expand their tolerance for intimacy. Work with the push and pull of closeness, the fear of engulfment, and the terror of abandonment as they live in the body.

What practitioners are saying
From therapists, coaches, and facilitators who’ve completed the training.

“The biggest takeaway is what I learned about the attachment cycle. Academically, how profound and important that feels in working with others, especially in integrating trauma. More than anything, there was such a huge impact for me in my own parenting. Learning the attachment cycle created permission for forgiveness, both for my own parents and for myself.”

Sean

Practitioner & Father

“Having studied attachment theory before, it never quite landed because each style was its own bucket. We are such nuanced creatures. This framework has really helped me hold space for myself and my clients. It is nice to have a new lexicon, a new way to be with them.”
Jessica

Somatic Practitioner

“What differentiates this program is the intimacy of the container. To experience what can happen as a result of the safety created here is one of my key takeaways. I encourage all practitioners to go through a training like this.”
Natasha Pampin, SEP

Somatic Coach

“The simplicity is genius. Kate’s life learning compacted into something we can actually digest. I think a 4-year-old could understand it. The body understands simplicity.”
Orlando

Practitioner

“I came into attachment from a cognitive sense. Now I see it cannot be cognitive alone. It is so fluid and lives inside your body. This container has healed my relationship with my kids in a huge way. If you want to join, you need to do it. It is going to change your entire life.”
Sarita

SEP Trainee & Mother

“Even as someone with professional background in these things, this built a level and layer deeper. What I am after is transformational, not transactional. To be in this container where I can trust I will be held and met has been a huge gift.”
